The location offered was great and lovely right by a lovely garden, the carpeted areas and motorway links. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. The room I stayed in was generally clean and airy and complete with direct access to outside, very modern decor, as example.

I found it to be a very satisfactory hotel with very friendly staff. I would consider that staying here would be more for business purposes rather than a holiday since the hotel does not offer any leisure facilities and there are no amenities closeby. However, it is excellent value for money and the breakfast is wonderful with an exceptionally wide- ranging choice. I would definitely stay here again if in the area..

From the rooms to the back you have a wonderful view into the greenery. Despite the proximity of the road, there was no noise pollution.
The space between desk and bed was a little sparse.

This hotel is set back from the main road, therefore the bedrooms are lovely and quiet - providing no functions are on in the rooms downstairs!Never the less it was a comfortable visit
The hotel interior is now in need of refurbishment. Some of the paintwork is extremely 'well-worn'.

I have had the opportunity to travel worldwide and stayed in many classes of hotels, but I have not, till now, had such a excellent overall experience. It was my partners 50th birthday, to which the staff pulled out all the stops and made it an extremely memorable day.ALL Members of staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. It is rare not to discover that one or two members fo staff are just going through the motions of their job and would obviously perfere to be somewhere else, this fact I did not find here at all. I feel I must commend certain staff for their kindness, efforts and hardwork. Sophie, Amber, Adam and I didnt manage to catch the name of the assistant manager who booked us in. Keep up the excellent work, you all deserve a raise!

The stay featured a spacious double room with a beautiful bathroom that had a fantastic shower. Friendly staff added to the experience. The limited options for food and the cleanliness of the kitchen could be improved. While the complimentary parking was a benefit, a more organized dining experience is needed to enhance the visit.
